IS MNCs A BIGGER FISH IN THE GLOBAL-SEA???????

No one is having a trusted person here in this world or this era except for your self, as
legends always say that belief in your self first.

But we are not here for having a motivational story which will give you goosebump or can inspire you to trust in yourselves, we are here for an interesting a real incident in our neighborhood and well famous multinational company 'INFOSYS'.

We always face the problem with an ethical issue from our childhood to till now, but as we are growing physically and mentally for a benchmark maturity where we can understand the ethical and moral value of a person, company, and Industries

.

Now, whoever is reading my content will definitely have to cross the maturity benchmark for understanding the morals and ethics for genuine life. Here it is enough for the understanding the concept of the unethical malpractices which is running in the Big market, As we know how a dead fish in the lake can create a lot of bad smell which causes death of another aquatic organism by comparing the dead and bad smell fish with the MNCs, here we can see that it's not just the lake here its a whole Sea which is millions time bigger than the lakes.

So, the difference is here that if a dead fish can make a good stagged water into unhealthy water for the other fish living in the lake, but in the sea which is million times bigger a small fishes die daily but it is not affecting the bigger fish in the market but it is affecting the nearer one.

We are living in the global village, where the MNCs are connecting to the one end of the world to another end. Here very much of the person is connected to the MNCs. Now the discussion is about one of the MNCs which is Infosys.

As one of the best multinational corporations 'INFOSYS', which is an IT services company and IT consulting Company, Founded by N.R. Narayana Murthy, Nandan Nilekani, S. Gopalkrishnan, S.D Shibulal, K.Dinesh, N.S. Raghavan and Ashok Arora.

HEADQUARTERS: Banglore, Karnataka, INDIA

The Regulators are investigation is so far but in fact, they are doing a deeper analysis, But nowadays Indian SEBI is doing some processing in appointing a forensic person for examing the whole allegation which is pointed INFOSYS for the unethical practices in their company, this allegation is spectated by SEBI itself.

INFOSYS is trying its best and making effort to move from those controversies that have made the company's effort failed to yield desired results.

In the latest controversy, anonymous whistleblowers, in a letter to the company’s board, alleged that chief executive Salil Parekh and the company’s chief financial officer indulged in “unethical practices” to boost revenue and profits. The whistleblower complaint, which was also sent to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 30 September, became public on 21 October

On the day of November Sebi chairman Ajay Tyagi had indicated that its probe was independent of statements made by Info.

“ if the investor wants, they can take comfort from Infosys’s statement, but our probe is still on.  Mr.Tyagi was convening to the media and the world that people who are wishing to check the company's financial book and audit the whole financial book by SEBI's members and check the financial figure by referring this to GOD.

When Mr.Nandan Nilekani was asked questions on this unethical malpractices by INFOSYS , He was making his effort to defend the quality or state of being sacred of the company's numbers, and he was having his words that the god (sacred's one) can not change the numbers, he was totally trying his best to defend the company's goodwill in front of the world.

Exchange data showed that huge put positions, or the option to sell shares at an agreed price on or before a particular date, were accumulated in the November series contracts of Infosys at a strike price of ₹740.

“In the prelim analysis, the regulator has found that these positions were fully hedged, making it difficult to pinpoint whether there was any insider trading,” said the second of the two people cited earlier.

In a frequent way, Infosys told that stock exchanges in October that it had referred the complaint to its audit forensic committee.

Excerpts of the findings of the audit committee, which was assisted by law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co., and PricewaterhouseCooper wish Pvt. Limited, were made public along with the company’s fiscal Year of 3rd quarter earnings. The committee gave a clean chit to the company on anomalies such as visa costs, large deals, the reversal of certain provisions and non-disclosure of key information.

Now the Scenario is totally crystal clear about the probe which is alleged by the whistleblower and we know that truth will be out and the transparency is served to the whole world.

In the coming era and the next future generation is ourselves with extra skills and having a clear cut view for the upcoming life but with the skills and knowledge some of our lost their morals and values of life because we always started comparing the morals with money.
